lndonesia is a country of islands which has 70.000 villages spreaded in 33 provinces. The community's access to health care centers still be a problem when the distance and medical practitioners were rare on the remote health cares on the remote villages. To avoid the community problem, telemedicine could be one of the way out to cut the remote one. Information technology on telecommunications via internet could be hoped to help the patient on remote health care who need Immediately medical service, even the medical practitioners in other place, but still could give the opinion to save the patient. In Indonesia, in this case Health Departement has been declared the national health information online system (SIKNAS Online), which were health cares center mall provinces connected with others via satellite, to give real time health management data input for health policy decision maker.
