      Abstract
      Background: In order to support the efforts of improvement access in qualifying health services at DTPK, the existence and retention of Medical worker at DTPK. Thus, there was a division  role  obviously  among parties' involved namely central and local governments about the Memorandum of Understanding  including targeting the needs of the location plan (number type, distribution)  as well as strategic special task of medical worker at the DTPK priority, so that health centre and its networks. The aim of this research illustrated the fulfillment for medical worker in particular duty and PTT worker in Remote Area Border and Islands (DTPK). Methods: This research was representing descriptive by using cross sectional study. Population health research was Medical worker in particular duty from central and PTT worker that contracted was doctors, dentist and midwives. For Medical worker in particular duty that was Nurses, Nutrition, Kesling worker, Analyst worker/laboratory DTPK's health centers. Results: Research result shown that Medical workers in particular duties were not found at Beduwai health centers, Sanggau Regency. While, PIT's workers were not found in Entikong's health centers, Sanggau Regency, Nearly, all study in health centers unstandardized ratio of Medical workers. Merely, at Tebing's some health centers the Midwives ratio had been standardized. Conclusion: It was to be found that the deficiency of fulfillment medical worker and PIT's workers at DTPK.   Key words: Medical worker, PTT worker, DTPK
