      Abstract
      Abstract. Worm infection in Indonesia is the largest public health problem, after malnutrition. Approximately 12% of total morbidity in children aged 5-14 years infected with worms, this age are the age of schools and the group which are vulnerable to disease transmission. The study aims to determine differences in the incidence of worm infection at elementary school student in the village with PAMSIMAS and without PAMSIMAS program, in the working area of "UPT Puskesmas Karang Intan Kecamatan Karang Intan Kabupaten Banjar". The observed population was elementary school students, grades 3 and 4. The sample was all total populasi. Data was analyzed with the Chi-square test. The results showed that in village with PAMSIMAS (10,8%) and without PAMSIMAS program (36,6%) Chi-Square statistic had significant result (Pvalue<0,05, =0,01).In conclusion, there are differences in the incidence of worm infection at elementary school student in the village with PAMSIMAS and without PAMSIMAS program, in the working area of "UPT Puskesmas Karang Intan Kecamatan Karang Intan Kabupaten Banjar". Keywords: Worm infection, elementary school student, PAMSIMAS Abstrak. Di Indonesia penyakit kecacingan merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat terbanyak, setelah malnutrisi. Diperkirakan sebesar 12 % dari kesakitan total pada siswa umur 5 – 14 tahun terinfeksi cacing, umur ini merupakan umur sekolah dan kelompok yang rentan terhadap penularan penyakit. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan infeksi kecacingan pada siswa sekolah dasar (SD) di desa program dan non program PAMSIMAS di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Karang Intan Kecamatan Karang Intan Kabupaten Banjar. Populasi yang diamati adalah siswa SD Kelas 3 dan 4. Sampel penelitian adalah total populasi siswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa infeksi kecacingan siswa di SD desa program PAMSIMAS 4 sampel positif (10,8%). Non program PAMSIMAS 11 sampel positif (36,6%).Hasil uji statistik Chi-Square diperoleh hasil significant (Pvalue<0,05, =0,01). Kesimpulan terdapat perbedaan infeksi kecacingan pada siswa SD di desa program dan non program PAMSIMAS di wilayah kerja UPT Puskesmas Karang Intan Kecamatan Karang Intan Kabupaten Banjar.
