The low level of public access to safe drinking water and sanitation is one of the causes fordiarrhea high prevalence in Indonesia. The government together with its partners has developed ahousehold-scale drinking water treatment and storage programs known as the household water treatmentand safety storage (HWTS) program. This article is part of a study of the implementation HWTS whichaimed to find out the level of community satisfaction of HWTS program in terms of its implementation aswell as the water quality after the processing. The locations of study were Bandung City, Bandung andSikka Districts. The number of respondents in each location was 34 (Bandung City), 34 (BandungDistricts), and 40 (Sikka Districts). Data was collected by interviewing public health officials and healthcenters each location. The results showed that the satisfaction level of in the three study sites variedenough. All the respondents satisfied and very satisfied for the implementation HWTS program. There isstill lack of respondents who expressed satisfaction (11.8%) and dissatisfied (12.5%) over the price/cost ofwater treatment, felt less satisfied with the quality (26.5%), information provided by partners (17.6 %), andconvenience/practicability water treatment (8.8%).Keywords: Satisfaction level, water treatment and storage, community
