      UJI EFIKASI LARVISIDA BERBAHAN AKTIF PYRIPROXYFEN SEBAGAI INSECT GROWTH REGULATOR (IGR) TERHADAP LARVA Anopheles aconitus DI LABORATORIUM

      Abstract
      ENGLISHA study to evaluate the efficacy of an insect growth regulator (IGR) pyriproxyfen against Anopheles aconitus larvae was conducted in Institute of Vector and Reservoir Control Research and Development laboratory Salatiga at July 2005. The research used 7 dozes of IGR, that were doze 0.1 ; 0.05 ; 0.01 ; 0.008 ; 0.005 and 0.003 ppm, as well as control treatment. Each doze used 4 replicates. The results showed that IGR effective to kill more than 70% larvae after10 days. Probit analysis showed that the doze to kill 50 and 90% larvae was 0.0002 and 0.6 ppm respectively. Anova analysis showed that there was difference count of death of larvae at difference dozesINDONESIATelah dilakukan penilaian efikasi insect growth regulator (IGR) pyriproxyfen terhadap larva Anopheles aconitus di B2P2VRP Salatiga pada bulan Juli 2005. Penelitian menggunakan 7 dosis IGR, yaitu 0,1; 0,05 ; 0,01 ; 0,008 ; 0,005 ; 0,003 ppm dan kontrol. Masing-masing dosis menggunakan 4 ulangan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa IGR efektif membunuh lebih dari 70% larva An. aconitus setelah 10 hari. Hasil analisis probit menunjukkan bahwa dosis 0,0002 ppm dapat membunuh 50% larva dan dosis 0,6 ppm membunuh 90% larva An. aconitus. Hasil analisis data menggunakan Anova menunjukkan perbedaan jumlah kematian larva An. aconitus pada dosis yang berbeda (p = 0,001).
