dc.descriptionENGLISHAbstractKebumen is one malaria-endemic areas in Central Java. Efforts to control malaria has been done with the patient treatment and vector control. One of the factors the occurrence of malaria cases is not known bionomic malaria vector control is performed so in effective. The purpose of the research is to get bionomic malaria vectors in Kebumen. Do catching mosquitoes in malaria-endemic areas with the body sling indoor and outdoor at 18:00 to 6:00. Breeding place larvae in mosquito breeding sites of Anopheles sp. Mosquito larvae were caught and identified. Based on the results of arrests and mosquito larvae in Kebumen obtained several Anopheles species, Anopheles maculatus, Anopheles anularis, and Anopheles balabacensis Anopheles flavirostris dan Anopheles. vagus. Anopheles maculatus is dominant species found on the sling body both indoor and outdoor. Some Anopheles sp mosquito breeding sites hole found in along the river and wellhead.INDONESIANAbstrakKebumen merupakan salah satu daerah endemis malaria di Jawa Tengah. Upaya penanggulangan malaria telah dilakukan dengan pengobatan penderita dan pengendalian vektor. Salah satu faktor terjadinya kasus malaria adalah belum diketahui bionomik vektor malaria sehingga pengendalian yang dilakukan menjadi tidak efektif. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendapatkan bionomik vektor malaria di Kabupaten Kebumen. Penangkapan nyamuk dilakukan di daerah endemis malaria dengan umpan badan orang di dalam dan luar rumah pada pukul 18.00-06.00. Penangkapan jentik dilakukan di tempat perkembangbiakan nyamuk Anopheles sp. Nyamuk dan jentik yang tertangkap kemudian diidentifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penangkapan nyamuk dan jentik di Kebumen diperoleh beberapa spesies Anopheles yaitu Anopheles maculatus, Anopheles anularis, Anopheles balabacensis, Anopheles flavirostris dan Anopheles. vagus. Anopheles maculatus merupakan spesies dominan yang ditemukan pada umpan badan di dalam dan luar rumah. Beberapa tempat perkembangbiakan nyamuk Anopheles sp ditemukan di kobakan sepanjang sungai dan sumber mata air. en-US
