Mosquito vector control are still using insecticide from pyrethroid, carbamates and organophosphates groups because they are effective, having fast result but having less concern for the negative impact to the environment. In order to solve the side effects the side effect, it was necessary to find bio-insecticides which are sustainable, accessible and effective to kill mosquitoes and larvae. In this study the extract of Nicotiana tabacum / tobacco with minimum concentration of 1,56 % was effective to kill larvae with of 100% mortality, with of LC90 0,628 %, LC50 0,194 %. The extract contain chemical dominant alkaloids, Euvodia gravolens / zodiac with minimum concentration 1,56 % the mortality effects 100%, is with LC90 0,628 %, and LC50 0,194 %, the extract concentration 1,56 %, the mortality effect is 100 %, is with LC90a of 0,628% and dominant chemical contains Evodiamine, Alpinia galanga/ of / galanga with minimum concentration of 1,56 %, the mortality effects is 29,3% and LC90 8,216 %, LC50 2,980 % and dominant chemical contain flavonoids, Andropogon nardus/ lemongrass with minimum concentration of 1,56% the mortality effect is 68% and LC90 4,898 %, LC50 1,068 % and dominant chemical contain of vetivetate acid, rosemary ( Rosmarinus officinalis L ) with minimum concentration of 1,56% gives mortality effect 78,7% and LC90 3,175 %, LC50 0,659 %. The dominant contain of the chemical is alkaloid = Pengendalian nyamuk vektor masih menggunakan bahan insektisida dari golongan piretroid, karbamat, dan organofosfat karena efektif, cepat diketahui hasilnya, namun kurang memperhitungkan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Oleh sebab itu perlu dicari insektisida alernatif, yaitu insektisida nabati yang ramah lingkungan, mudah diperoleh, efektif membunuh nyamuk dewasa dan pradewasa. Pada penelitian diperoleh hasil Nicotiana tabacum/tembakau konsentrasi ekstrak minimal 1,56%, mampu membunuh larva nyamuk sebesar 100 % dan LC90 0,628 %, LC50 0,194 %, (kandungan kimia dominan alkaloid), Euvodia gravolens/ zodia dengan konsentrasi ekstrak minimal ekstrak 1,56 % mampu memberikan efek kematian 100% dan LC90 0,628.% ,LC50 0,194 % (kandungan kimia dominan Evodiamine),. Alpinia galanga/lengkuas konsentrasi ekstrak minimal 1,56 % mampu memberikan efek kematian 29,3 % dan LC90 8,216 % ,LC50 2,980 % (kandungan kimia dominan flavonoida), Andropogon nardus/serai wangi konsentrasi ekstrak minimal 1,56% mampu membunuh larva nyamuk sebesar 68 % dan LC90 4,898 %, LC50 1,068 % ( kandungan kimia dominan asam vetivetate), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L) konsentrasi ekstrak minimal 1,56%, memberikan efek kematian sebanyak 78,7 % dan LC90 0,659 %, LC50 3,175 % (kandungan kimia dominan alkaloid).Collections
