      Abstract
      Village Pamotan district Kalipucang regency Ciamis is a high malaria endemic region that ever been undergone malaria out-breaks. Its due to malaria is reappear disease following the infection risk factor appearance; thereby, malaria out-break have a chance to happen again at Pamotan on future. To prevent malaria out-break returned, it was conducted survey to identify malaria infection risk factor and also to determine correlation several risk factors found to estimation of malaria infection appearance. The survey result was found that malaria infection risk factor at Pamotan village is malaria sufferer without symptom named malaria carrier is 35.088 0/00, happening many local malaria infection (indigenous-cases) and also outside area infection (import-case) due to human mobilization, existences of potentially vector malaria breeding place and resting site that placed on Anopheles sundaicus mosquito reaching flies area that cause a mosquitoes biting density is high. The highest risk to infective malaria parasite is human on 1 up to 5 year age group; thereby, necessary got prime priority on every malaria control activity. Base on statistically analyze is knew that rain fall data can be used to estimate malaria cases appearance for 2 coming month; thereby, it can be made as one of considerations to compose a malaria control planningfor preventing malaria out-break.   Keywords: Malaria infection risk factor, Mosquito Anopheles sundaicus.
