Trial animal are use in laboratory for research and development purpose, such as Mus musculus, Rattus norvegicus, Lepus curpaeums and Mesocricetus auratus. Approximately 40-80% of the sample animal used is mencit. Mencit are widely used because it's short live period, can have many children, have many trait, easy to handle, and well characterized anatomical and physiological traits. Medical examination conducted in order to make sure the sample animal are free of diseases. Examination consist of inspection and palpation of the mencit body and stool examination for the presence of parasite infection. the examination was conducted on eighteen mus musculus. Result showed that five mus musculus have fibrosis at the rear and front leg, neck, and abdomen. No parasite infection in feces examination.
